About Tony
Tony DiBona has spent the last decade writing detective fiction novels. His series focuses on two Boston based private investigators, Dan Madigan and Joey Cellucci. The novels capture the spirit of fortitude, brotherhood, and a touch of lawlessness that is Beantown. He strives to ensure characters, and their dialogue, all have an unmistakable gut-busting realism. His most recent work, entitled Four Corners, is the sequel to his first three novels, One Long Night, Two Down, and Three for C.B. His fifth novel, entitled Five by Five is in the works and will be available soon.
Born and raised across the Charles River in Cambridge, Tony is a graduate of Boston College, where he majored in Communications. Upon graduation he served as an Officer in the US Navy. His professional career included service as a management consultant, and in financial risk management and regulatory compliance for several international banks.
In addition to detective fiction, Tony has written numerous professional articles for a variety of publications including the Institute of Medicine, the University of Toronto, and Business Plus Magazine. Additionally, he worked for many years as an Adjunct Professor of business administration at Washington Adventist University and at the Community College of Rhode Island.
Tony has traveled to 25 countries and 40 states learning about the history of the regions and often walking the paths of his characters
Tony is retired and now lives in Emerald Isle, North Carolina, with his lovely bride, Mary Ellen.
